GQ50型钢筋堵截机，实用于修建工程上种种钢筋混凝土中平凡碳素钢及热轧圆钢和螺纹钢的堵截，也可用于堵截扁钢、方钢、螺纹钢和角钢，为您的施工低落少量的人力，大幅进步成效。该机具有以下特点。
1、 体积小、布局紧凑、乐音低，冲程大。
2、 光滑功能好：接纳箱式关闭布局，齿轮飞溅光滑（油面应不高于油标刻线，使呆板一直处于得当的光滑形态）
3、 功率消耗少：因光滑条件的改进，齿轮轴端接纳转动轴承，阻力小，与同类堵截机相比同负载时功率消耗可低落三分之一。
4、挪动利便：四轮着地，演习机动，波动牢靠，维修利便
GQ50 Reinforcing Bar Cutting Machine, is used to cut off all kinds of normal carbon steel, hot rolling bar and deformed steel bar used in concrete, and its biggest advantage is cut off the deformed steel bars. The cross-section of the steel bar end cut by this machine is very parallel and level, which can be directly for threading working. It reduce the worker number and improve the efficiency significantly. This machine has the following characteristise.
1、 Small volume, compact structure, low noise, large stroke.
2、 Lubricating performance: adopt the box-type closed structure, gear spiash lubrication (oil surface should not be higher than standard oil groove, so that the machine is always in a proper lubrication state)
3、 Less power loss: due to the improvement of lubrication condition, gear shaft end uses rolling bearings, the resistance is small,compared with the same kind of cutting machine, the power loss can be reduced by 1/3.
4、 Convenient movement: the four wheels on the ground, flexible, stable and reliable, convrnient maintenance.
